Evidence continues to indicate that when we focus on thoughts that feel good, our level of wellness improves dramatically. Having doesn't bring happiness, but being grateful for what we have does. Wanting is very different from expectation. With practice, we can get to expectation about anything our hearts desire. What we're looking for is looking for us in every instance! (High-Way 8)
